Background
The objective of this tender is to procure consulting services in various categories within the field of road and traffic consultancy. - Noise investigations: This involves investigating traffic and industrial noise, along with recommending noise reduction measures. The consultant must be capable of conducting and analysing noise measurements.
- Traffic planning: The supplier should possess expertise in traffic analysis, including simulation and modelling using tools like Visum and Vissim. They will conduct various traffic investigations and develop traffic and design proposals, feasibility studies, and traffic regulation plans.
- Projects: This section covers project planning for streets, intersections, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus stops, parking areas, and lighting. It includes the production of road plans and procurement documents, as well as investigations related to mobility management and BIM (Building Information Modelling).
- Vibration investigations: This area involves investigating disturbing vibrations from road and rail sources, along with recommending mitigation measures. The consultant must be capable of measuring and analysing vibrations and assessing the risk of damage.
