Two variants (In-Ground and On-Surface) cover municipal curbside, commercial car parks, corporate campuses, and residential outdoor lots.

How it works: 3-axis magnetic sensing combined with nano-radar delivers 99.96% real-time occupancy detection, resilient to weather and signal interference. Data transmits via LoRaWAN or NB-IoT into the Fleximodo backend, powering guidance signage, enforcement workflows, permit systems, analytics dashboards, and open API integrations. Sensors are IP68 and IK10 rated with 8-ton weight endurance, remote diagnostics, offline data buffering, and over-the-air firmware updates.
