Las Rozas-Madrid: Installation, maintenance, and integration of municipal parking system into the smart city data infrastructure.

The Municipal Company for Innovation and Urban Transport of Las Rozas Innova, hereinafter Las Rozas Innova, is in charge of managing the municipal car parks of the city of Las Rozas and therefore must carry out continuous improvements and adjustments for greater satisfaction of its users.

On the other hand, Las Rozas Innova has within its object “…. The construction and management of municipal car parks, as well as the customisation of spaces intended for the parking of all types of vehicles”.

The purpose of this contract is the supply, installation, launch and maintenance of parking machinery, CCTV systems, as well as the service of the global management platform of all the systems that serve for the centralized management of municipal car parks.

The project will contemplate the execution of the following actions:

• Have a centralized car park management solution that will be comprehensively managed on a software platform in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode. This includes: access control management systems, payments, license plate reading and IP video intercom.
• Supply and installation of an access control system with a centralization function, license plate reading, IP video-intercom for vehicle entry and exit routes.
• Supply and installation of automatic payment machines with IP video intercom and manual collection box.
• The platform will have a control system and software for administrative centralization, a management team and an encoder/recorder for all types of tickets and cards.
• Supply and installation of active signage elements ("P" sign standing or on the wall).
