Background

The purpose of the contract is to entrust the operation of public car parks in the center-west of the city of Nantes, namely: Aristide Briand, Descartes, Cité internationale des congrès, les Machines, Médiathèque and les Nefs. The delegatee will be responsible for: 


  1. Operating the Aristide Briand, Cité des Congrès, Les Machines, Médiathèque, Descartes and Les Nefs public car parks: proper operation of the car parks (welcome and customer relations, continuity and quality of service), proper operation of related bicycle parking close with the operator, safety of goods and people; developing new services (e-services in particular), sustainable use of the automobile.
  2. Maintaining goods, equipment and facilities in good condition: maintenance, GER, inspections
  3. Supporting for operating costs
  4. Management of accounting and financial service
  5. Production and transmission of data
  6. Be an actor in the public policies of the Delegatee in terms of ecological and energy transitions, integration, mobility, responsible purchasing, urban logistics.
