Driving innovation: the Most Mobility Challenge

The Challenge
The MOST Mobility Challenge is designed to foster sustainable mobility by supporting innovative startups in Italy. Now in its second edition, the initiative is led by the Centro Nazionale per la Mobilità Sostenibile (MOST) in collaboration with Zest. The challenge promotes the digital and ecological transition in mobility by identifying and supporting entrepreneurial ideas that optimise processes, reduce environmental impact, and improve transportation system efficiency.
Who can apply?
The competition provides a total of €3 million in funding for 15 selected startups, each receiving up to €200,000 along with access to a business acceleration and technological innovation programme.
The challenge is open to startups operating within Italy that are developing innovative solutions in the mobility sector. In the previous edition, over 30 Italian startups were selected for their promising ideas aimed at transforming mobility with greener and more digital solutions. The selection process involves a scientific committee and an external evaluation committee composed of industry experts, venture capitalists, and intellectual property professionals.
