AI Congress Barcelona: call for innovative AI projects
The Challenge
The Call for Projects from AI Congress Barcelona is looking for innovative AI success stories where artificial intelligence plays a central role and delivers proven impact. They want real projects already validated in operational environments (not just ideas or PoCs), across any sector. Selected projects may be presented during the congress as inspiring case studies.
Priority is given to innovation, novelty, and measurable impact on business and society.
Who can apply?
Any organisation that has developed or adopted AI-based solutions and can demonstrate their results and impact can apply. This includes companies, startups, technology providers, and other organisations working with applied AI solutions across industries.
Submit your candidature
Organisations can present their AI project, showing that it is already validated in a real operational environment and demonstrating measurable impact.
Evaluation by the committee
Projects are reviewed based on:
- Innovation and novelty
- Real business and social impact
- Proven implementation (not only pilot/PoC)
- Relevance to the congress themes
Selected projects announced
Chosen projects are invited to be part of AI Congress Barcelona 2025 (20-22 Oct 2026), where they can be showcased as success stories.
Background
CIDAI organises AI Congress through Eurecat as part of Catalonia’s AI strategy promoted by the Government of Catalonia. The congress focuses on applied AI and business transformation, covering themes such as Agentic AI, Creative AI, Intelligent Robotics, AI in Biotech, Synthetic Data and scaling AI from pilot to production.
