Traditional transport studies take months to produce and cost tens of thousands of euros. Replan.City replaces this one-off, expert-dependent process with a scalable SaaS tool that allows planners to build a digital twin of their city, run and compare scenarios and get results in 1-2 days.

Built on multi-agent simulation, the platform integrates multimodal networks, passenger demand, behavioural models and emissions data into a unified simulation environment. It supports public transport optimisation, rural on-demand mobility planning, accessibility assessment and climate-policy evaluation.
