Challenge Area addressed

Multimodality

In the face of rural depopulation and rising urbanization, providing acceptable levels of transport at low costs is a challenge. Nabogo addresses this problem by proposing a smart carpooling solution that leverages existing resources and supports mobility outside major cities where public transport is less developed. Nabogo's approach combines digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and data-driven insights to create a win-win scenario for users, municipalities, and the environment.

The platform connects commuters with available car seats. Users can easily find and join carpools for their daily trips, and by seamlessly integrating carpooling with existing bus and train services, Nabogo provides an efficient and simple mobility solution.

The system can be controlled by monetary incentives to reduce the financial burden on users while promoting eco-friendly travel. The solution has proved highly reliable and affordable for users and customers across DK, NO, SE and NL.
