Designed for carrier-agnostic and network-agnostic environments, the platform integrates multiple logistics operators within a unified orchestration layer, reducing dependency on direct-to-door delivery.

The platform also supports secure synchronization of parcel handover events through distributed ledger and blockchain-based protocols. GEL Proximity’s technology is currently the subject of a European patent application titled “Locker orchestrator for last mile logistics”.
