Sant Boi: promoting sustainable transport habits among minors and their families
The Challenge
In Sant Boi, a significant portion of students’ school commutes involve private vehicles, and many others who walk to school are accompanied by adults. These factors hinder the development of student autonomy.
The City of Sant Boi is looking for any technology solutions that can help the Municipality to promote sustainable transport. The objective is to use innovative technologies to encourage behavioural and perceptual shifts towards more sustainable transportation modes like walking, biking, or other micromobility options especially among minors.
The Municipality of Sant Boi will host one pilot in collaboration with the Equipment and Educational Promotion Unit in primary school.
Who can apply?
- Companies and associations established in the EU, with a valid European business ID
- Individual citizens through their host institution, or from a country associated to Horizon Europe
