The Challenge

The fifth edition of the Propulse program, led by the Transportation Innovation Agency is now taking applications for three calls for projects:

1. Multimodality and Intermodality

The purpose of this call for proposals is to accelerate innovative, replicable value propositions aimed at developing multimodality and intermodality at the regional level.

2. Quality of Service

This call is for maritime, land, or air transportation solutions with a strong innovative character and a real impact on transportation service quality, including accessibility, inclusivity, and improving passenger experience.

3. Sustainable Transportation

Applications are open to passenger mobility, logistics, and freight transportation projects offering highly innovative solutions with a real impact on the decarbonisation of transportation.

Who can apply?

Startups, SMEs, large groups, local authorities, federations/associations or public research institutions based in France are invited to apply.

All projects applying should be at the prototype stage, having proven their systemic operation in a secure environment.

Background

The winning projects benefit from comprehensive, tailor-made support over 9 months, aimed at accelerating and facilitating the implementation and scaling up of the project. Winners can expect assistance with analysing and/or removing regulatory barriers, connecting with experts and the scientific and technical network of the ministerial centre, and assistance in finding locations for experiments as well as avenues for sourcing public and private funding.

A maximum of 20 projects will be selected for all three calls. Distribution between the themes will depend on the content of the applications received.

Please note that the program will be delivered in French.
