Background

The city of Leipzig is looking for innovative solutions in three areas:

  • Medical transport
  • Emission reduction
  • New digital museum experience

From all submitted concepts, three will be selected for each question and further developed with the city administration. EUR 2,000 gross is awarded for each of these nine ideas. From this, the best idea for each question should then be chosen and tested in practice. These three concepts will be rewarded with a maximum of 25,000 euros gross during the implementation phase.


Emission reduction

How can the GHG emissions occurring in connection with work (e.g. workplace, mobility, commuting, catering) be accounted for in a digital tool, made transparent for employees (keyword raising awareness) in order to generate increased commitment to more climate-conscious action in the professional environment and make it usable for internal controlling (anonymized)?
