Background

Copenhagen Solutions Lab (CSL) is an innovative division within The City of Copenhagen dedicated to smart city initiatives, collaborating on innovation projects with both internal and external partners. Our guiding principles revolve around the concepts of 'Green' and 'Digital,' and our primary mission is to not only test but also advance novel solutions.

In alignment with The City of Copenhagen's ongoing efforts, we are actively engaged in the development of a new climate strategy, which places significant emphasis on consumption-based emissions. Consequently, this will be a central area of focus for CSL as we continue our work.

Copenhagen and Denmark as a whole are committed to reducing per capita consumption and increasing the rate of reuse in urban waste and resource management. We are seeking collaborators who harness digital technologies, including sensors, AI, platforms, and asset/material tracking and management systems, or are exploring these solutions to address the aforementioned challenges.
