Leading European mobility labs bringing innovation to life
Living labs are permanent initiatives offering access to dedicated urban areas to create, test, and adapt new solutions for the benefit of the citizens.
As an essential element, these sites allow to pilot and demonstrate new technologies with direct end user engagement in the city. This approach allows to explore new use cases, co-create new services in the field, iterate further developments during the roll-out and drive innovation for maximum environmental, social and economic impact in the city.
During the upcoming session of ‘Mobility Talks’ on 15 Dec 2022 leading European mobility labs presented insights on methodologies and practical examples how to bring urban mobility innovation to life.
Insights are shared from Helsinki, Eindhoven, and Tel Aviv:
- Janne Rinne, Project Manager at Forum Virium Helsinki.
- Wim De Kinderen, Programme Director European Affairs at Brainport Development.
- Liat Shaham, Head of Business Development and Partnerships of CityZone.
