Bambookoa: bicycles made of bamboo

Bambookoa wants to develop home build kits to enabling people to build bamboo bikes that are sustainable and can be completely recycled after many years of usage.

This project lays on the creation of a network of workshops where courses will be given for the manufacture of bikes made of bamboo with this kits and to be able to reach the maximum number of people who can use a more sustainable means of transport.

With this project Bambookoa wants to make citizens aware of respect for the environment, working oneself with materials obtained directly from nature. The artisan work gives feeling and value to what Bambookoa does and the use of the bike becomes a more pleasant experience, which encourages its use to a greater extent.
