The purpose of preliminary market consultations (PTK) is to inform the market about the description of the subject of the contract and, above all, to verify the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract with relevant and experienced economic entities so that the subsequent public procurement supports open economic competition. At the same time, the public contracting authority intends to determine through PTK the expected value of the contract and the time required for the implementation of the work, an urban-economic-traffic study.
