France-Normandie: Development and maintenance of the regional digital multimodal transport platform.

The contractor seeks for the  supply of a solution for the sale of transport tickets (M-Ticket & e-ticket) related to the regional transport platform (Atoumod Normandie). This includes:

• acquisition of a digital sales solution on smartphone and web, including its development, implementation, operation and maintenance
• renew and ensure continuity with the M-Ticket Atoumod solution deployed today.

The contract covers the supply, development, implementation including the recovery of existing data, operation including customer service, and finally the maintenance of a fully dematerialized and fully multimodal sales solution covering rail, intercity or urban transport.
