Finland-Helsinki: Creation of an aggregated database for national multimodal mobility services

The objective of this tender is to procure a national aggregated database service for multimodal mobility services by Fintraffic. This service aims to collect compatible and validated interfaces of regular scheduled public transport, along with other transport services and travel information, into one consolidated and harmonized database. The primary goal is to provide high-quality travel information in a standardized format, facilitating various parties to incorporate it into their service development. The standards relevant to this service include NeTEx (Nordic profile), Siri, GTFS with variations like RT. The service should harmonize and aggregate travel information from approximately 200 different APIs and/or data packages, ensuring the quality elements of the mobility/travel data are preserved. It should also include features to identify duplicates in authorities' and operators' materials and filter/combine stop and route/service duplicates.
