Background

The Flemish government aims to contract a company for the supply, installation and operation of charging infrastructure for electrically powered vehicles.

Full requirements can be consulted in the procurement documentation.

The submission of permitted options is optional.

  • Plots 1 and 2 respectively. 5 and 6: integration of a charging station with technology to detect a conventionally parked vehicle (cf. classic petrol or diesel car) (e.g. via a parking sensor, …)
  • Plots 1 resp. 5: integration of a charging station that is suitable for the application of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology, whereby the car can also return energy to the grid via the charging station. smart energy management
  • Plots 1 and 4 respectively. 5 and 7: integration of a charging station with a PV panel and electricity storage for local power and/or charging capacity
  • Plots 1 and 4 respectively. 5 and 7: integration of more than 2 charging points in 1 charging object
  • Plot 1, 2 resp. 5 and 6: integration of a charging station with a lighting fixture (cf. lighting pole suitable for outdoor installation)
  • Plot 2 resp. 6: integration of an extension module 40 – 80kW

The bid for the allowed options must be stated in the inventory as an additional cost with regard to the charging object to which they are added. This surcharge is irrespective of the type of charging object (wallbox or separate charging column). If the application of certain permitted options is linked to restrictions with regard to certain forms of charging objects, this must be included in the documentation to be added. For example, it is possible that the integration of a charging station with a lighting fixture is not possible in a wallbox setup.

If the application of certain allowed options is linked to restrictions with regard to other allowed options, so that they cannot be installed together with these options in a charge point, this must be included in the documentation to be added.

In this documentation to be added, the tenderer can indicate whether these restrictions or simultaneous presence of permitted options is possible in the future, with the corresponding timeline. The tenderer can also indicate in the documentation to be added which options he foresees in the future, with the corresponding timeline. He can therefore already quote a price for this.

Note: Languages in which tenders or requests to participate may be submitted: Dutch
