Additionally:
- They must be registered as legal entities in either an EU member state or a third country associated with Horizon Europe, including the United Kingdom.

Background
Aarhus Municipality faces challenges in managing accessible parking due to insufficient data on its usage and availability, making it difficult to ensure that the needs of residents with disabilities are met. Accessible parking is vital for enabling mobility and independence, yet barriers persist, impacting quality of life. Existing technologies, like sensors for business parking, are costly and hard to scale. To address this, Aarhus seeks innovative solutions that provide real-time usage data, user-friendly availability notifications, and optimized curbside management to create a reliable and inclusive parking system.
