Baseline NC™
Revolutionising workplace safety with a wearable fatigue detection system.
Product Details
Following the tragic Croydon tram crash in 2016 in the United Kingdom, it was established that existing tram systems do not necessarily detect inattentive drivers.
Baseline NC™, developed in partnership with UK tram, addresses the need for a new technology that can predict depreciated physiological performance (fatigue) in a driver. The solution is a lightweight and comfortable wearable device that continuously monitors the user’s fatigue levels throughout the day. The system sends predictive alerts when it detects unusual biometric patterns, notifying both the wearer and the control room or designated individual to allow timely intervention. The solution is a two-tiered system with the wearable working in tandem with a hub, which is either secured in the workspace or worn portably, ensuring efficient data processing and transmission in real-time.
