Prague: Logistics Optimization

The Challenge

After the recently observed increase on urban logistics due to the high demand of e-commerce the City Hall of Prague wants to tackle this issue. The challenge is how to reduce the number of vehicles parked on sidewalks as well as their negative impacts on public spaces. 

The Objective

The objective is the reduction in the number of vans using the sidewalks for parking due to delivery of goods and packages. Either through appropriate regulation of current operators, development of new alternative transport methods, etc.
