France-Toulouse: Support in the preparation of the city's digital infrastructure strategy
Background
Toulouse Métropole has developed a Smart City master plan with the goal of creating a smart and connected city that is more efficient, user-friendly, innovative, dynamic, attractive, responsible, and sustainable. This plan involves collaboration between public and private partners, including companies of all sizes, research laboratories, and citizens, to co-create and test future services. This will contribute to the Hi5 project, which aims to provide a shared and multi-service 5G mobile connectivity infrastructure dedicated to the metropolis as part of this overall strategy.
The project aims to experiment with a range of use cases that create value for the community and its partners. In order to consider the sustainability of services or even a generalisation of metropolitan coverage, it is necessary to study the economic model associated with this type of device to produce the outline of an access catalogue by use case.
Therefore, the city is seeking a service provider to help it specify and prepare the implementation of its strategy in terms of digital infrastructure (for example an IoT platform) and digital organisations.
