France-Toulouse: Communication support in the open consultation and public debate of mobility & transport projects.

Toulouse Metropole seeks to close a framework agreement for project management assistance incl. consultation and communication support for projects and operations related to mobility, road infrastructure and road transport.

The object of the contract is the advice and assistance to the project owner for the support of the consultation and the communication as well as the realisation of the tools and supports of communication relating to mobility projects and operations controlled by Toulouse Métropole. For the operations concerned, the mission covers both:

• Support for the definition and implementation of the consultation and communication strategy and in accordance with the regulations in force and the process defined by the National Commission for Public Debate;
• The design and production of the communication tools and media necessary for the implementation of the defined consultation and communication strategy;
• The logistical organization and facilitation of information and consultation meetings, in the event of Prior Consultation; participation in meetings in the event of a Public Debate (without animation or logistical organization)
