Finland-Helsinki: Market consultation for Finland's rail modernisation programme

Finland is committed to implementing the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) on its national railway network through a programme called Digirail. Digirail aims to modernise the train control system, interlockings, and traffic management on the Finnish rail network by the 2040s. The purpose of the notification is to request information about an ERTMS Testing laboratory. Responding to this request does not create any contractual obligations, and the information provided is subject to change. Interested parties are invited to register for a market consultation, and the contracting authority is responsible for rail transport management in Finland.

Kindly register for the market consultation by sending an e-mail to [email protected] no later than September 7th 2023 at 12.00 CET. Please state the subject as ” ETCS Testing laboratory”, along with the name of your organization and a return address to which the interested party can send some materials. Answers in writing are kindly asked to be given either in Finnish or in English by September 11th in 2023 via e-mail. After that the contracting authority reserves the right to meet potential suppliers via Teams in the weeks 38-39.
