Belgium-Brussels: Delivery of the European road safety charter campaign
Background
The 5th phase of the charter will end in December 2023. It is essential to keep the charter alive to support road safety policy objectives. In order to remain efficient, operational and dynamic, to boost the network's activities, to renew/extend commitments and mobilise new members, many different activities should be covered under the contract (communicating with stakeholders, managing voluntary commitments, animation of the website, newsletters, workshops in Member States, award ceremonies, etc.). The activities carried out under the Charter should serve to raise the profile of road safety throughout the EU, in view of an assessment of progress at the midway point of the current 10-year EU road safety strategy to 2030.
