Background

This contract encompasses a comprehensive study and architectural assignment, which includes feasibility studies, preliminary project development, planning permit application, along with an impact report and execution study. Additionally, there is an option for monitoring and providing assistance to the Project Owner, particularly in light of the ongoing underground interventions.


The primary objective of this mission is to transform the area around Bd Jamar/Midi, adjacent to the new Toots Thielemans station, into a vibrant and inclusive metropolitan public space. This space is envisioned to cater to diverse audiences and accommodate a variety of activities. Furthermore, the mission aims to set a notable example in terms of accessibility for all and overall sustainability, ensuring the long-term quality of the public space.
