Background

The contract provider must conduct a study which will include the collection, calculation, presentation and analysis of data on external and infrastructure costs of transport, notably updating the 2019 Handbook. The study will provide ready-to-use datasets supporting transport policy and the proper integration of transport related issues in other EU policy processes.
